How subscriptions work

With Subscribe & Save, your order is sent and charged automatically at the interval you choose. The price and interval are shown before you subscribe and in your confirmation email.

Cancelling or changing

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account, or by emailing orders@optimalnative.com. Cancelling stops future orders; orders already processed are handled under our refund policy.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you before your next billing date. You can cancel before the new price applies.

Your right to cancel

You also have the right to cancel your first subscription order within 14 days of receiving it, as described in our refund policy.
