What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order details, messages you send us.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
  • Marketing preferences: which emails you have agreed to receive.

Why we use it (and our legal basis)

  • To process and deliver orders and provide customer service (contract).
  • To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Analytics and session recordings, only if you accept cookies (consent).

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us: Shopify (online store and checkout), payment providers, delivery carriers, Google Analytics (website analytics), Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings, only with your consent), Klaviyo (email marketing, only with your consent), and our pre-order app provider. We also share data where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics, session recording and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

How long we keep data

Order records: as long as required for tax and accounting (usually 6 years). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: according to each provider's retention settings.

Your rights

Age

Our products and site are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
